That&#8217;s because everyone is about the esoteric, the experimental side of jazz, the &#8216;What&#8217;s new?&#8217; There&#8217;s nothing wrong with new, but there&#8217;s also no reason to throw out what&#8217;s good, what&#8217;s classic.
