In diesem Viertel New Jerseys wimmelt es in der Nachbarschaft nur so von prominenten Jazzmusikern: Sam Jones Nat Adderly, Milt Jackson, Ray Drummond, Jon Faddis, Ernie Royal, Roland Hanna … allerdings läuft man sich eher in Europa als daheim über den Weg: “Most of us, we hardly ever see each other except the grocery store or the gas station. I’m more likely to see them in Europe to be honest. We have to go all the way to Italy or some festival or something.”
